fix LLO_TestDQ_ProcList syntax. Remove file-renaming pipeline segment

This MR updates update the redundant and test configurations to write output frames directly to the correct /gds truncated-gps subdirectory. There was previously an intermediate step in which checked that the frame length was indicated correctly in the frame file name. This is now unneeded because the frame file size is stored in the shared memory partitions and because 1 second frames are used universally.
