Combine l1dmt0 and l1dmt1, fix misspelled partition list path

This MR fixes the procmgt configurations to combine the l1dmt0 and l1dmt1 process lists onto the l1dmt1 host. It also fixes the misspelling of the partition list file and removes the L1:GDS-CLEAN_STRAIN_TEST channel from the list of channels to be copied to the output frames.
