Copy x1:GDS-CALIB_STRAIN_NOLINES[_TEST] to lowlatency h(t) frames

Copy the x1:GDS-CALIB_STRAIN_NOLINES[_TEST] channel to the lowlatency h(t) frames. In cases where the x1:GDS-CALIB_STRAIN_CLEAN is slready being copied, the _CLEAN channel is replaced by the _NOLINES channel.
