Run processes that were not previously assigned a node on dmt1

John Zweizig requested to merge john.zweizig/dmt-runtime-configuration:dq-syntax-change into main

Processes like SegGener were not previously assigned a node to run on. These were not run on h1dmt1 when I originally set up the node list to run on only dmt1. This was fixed. I also fixed a couple monitor configuration files with errors.
