Install move_xml scripts

John Zweizig requested to merge john.zweizig/dmt-runtime-configuration:install-move_xml into main

Install Dan Kozac's move_xml script into the /home/dmtexec/scripts directory. This script is modified slightly to use the LIGOSITE environment variable to determine the target directory name (H1 or L1).
