fix move_xml paths in TrigStream configurations where not already resolved

The TrigStream insertion script (move_xml and move_xml_r) paths were moved from $HOME/bin/ to $HOME/scripts when the common dmtexec home directory was suppressed and all files in the home directory were installed from dmt-runtime-configuration. This change was only partially reflected in the TrigStream files. This MR updates any TrigStream files that need to reflect this change.
