remove blank line in LHO_TestDQ_ProcList

This MR removes a blank line in the middle of the htCalib_H1_T process definition in LHO_TestDQ_ProcList. This had the effect of creating an unrunnable process named $htpart with a null command line. Although this extra process is confusing it doesn't interfere with the running of other processes and the htCalib_H1_T process was only missing the -log and -nodata options.
