Remove the x1dmt0 nodes from the Spi host table

This MR removes the x1dmt0 nodes from the Spi host table. These hosts should be ignored because they are not running process manager instances, but expired copies of some Spi intermediate products were left in the dmtspi cache directory resulting in the h1dmt0 processes showing up on the Spi page. This MR should prevent a reoccurance in case of a fantom instance being created.
