remove dpush-summary from l1dmt1 crontab

The dpush-summary scripts does not exist and has been generating 1/hr cron failure email messages. This MR removes the entry from the crontab.

@john.zweizig why only remove this from the l1 crontab? Let's do everything symmetrically between the two sites.

I checked and found that the only crontab with that issue was the one for l1dmt1. I think that it was probably a special case added to monitor some errors we were having, but it was never deleted.
