replace all occurrances of 'marble' with 'lhodmt'

This MR changes the spi host table to use lhodmt instead of marble as the host name for all links generated by the Spi page. The result is that the dashboard message generated by Spi will refer to the Spi page by the more obvious URL (i.e. lhodmt.ligo-wa.caltech.edu) rather thanmarble.
