better repr for EventFrame and TSFrame

Don't neglect to include the rest of the frame attributes.

What do you think about defining this instead in the base Frame class in sgn, and then define repr for EventBuffer and TSBuffer?

Well, all these dataclasses have default repr, which I personally think are fine as they are. It seems like someone wanted to have the buffers in the sgnts frame repr printed on separate lines, which I also have no problem with. But I think that has to be defined in the Event and TS Frames.
