Update installation instructions

Rhiannon Udall requested to merge rhiannon.udall/sgnl:fix/docs-conda-dependency-install into main
  • Remove commas to make conda install command valid
  • Add sgn-event and stillsuit as necessary dependencies
  • Add note about git-lfs for test data files

@yun-jing.huang is there an appropriate reviewer I should set for docs related MRs such as this?
