Radiation pressure calculations use suspension instead of free mass susceptibility

Kevin Kuns requested to merge kevin.kuns/pygwinc:quantum-susceptibility into master
  • All quantum calculations use the final stage suspension mass instead of calculating it from the test mass radius and thickness
  • shotradSignalRecycled uses the suspension susceptibility instead of the free mass approximation

Closes #71 (closed)

It is clear that most of the noise differences with master are due to the suspension resonances. The CE2 radiation pressure is lower here because the value for the mass specified in the suspensions is lower than that calculated with the specified test mass dimensions.
