Updated the plotter to use axes objects rather than pyplot commands. Allows embedding plots into other figures.

Also added STYLES_MAP to provide more versatility (now uses dashed for some lines like matlab gwinc). Also sorts the noise dict so that the noises are placed in a deterministic order.
