Updates for new gwosc event naming convention

This PR updates this library to accommodate changes in the upstream GWOSC API, most notably the renaming of event datasets. This changes is mainly updating the test suite to use the newer dataset names, but also requires a change to the timeline interface to only look at run datasets.
