Refined time zoom plot data does not match limits

Not sure what's going on but the data seems somehow truncated or the time access is set incorrectly?

Looks to me like this is a case of the refined time being way off, the interferometer must have been actually locked for 8 seconds after the refined time here.

Or the refined time is at T ~= -0.8s and the time refinement somehow missed it...

The weird-looking plot that caused this issue to be submitted is due to a coding oversight on my part. However, the refinement does look like it could use some work.

Yeah it looks like the refined time is just not correct. And also we're not pulling enough data if the refined time is outside the plot limit.

other than the issue with the plot looking funny this is the same issue as #97

I'll close it for now since it's kind of redundant with the other one.
