lock loss not found in first segment so find_previous_state failing
We've been getting the odd error during find_previous_state where the previous lockloss isn't found. This could just be an nds issue. But has been happening for a few weeks.
These errors do not clear if analysis is re-run.
Adding an issue so we don't forget to look into this.
