Updating HAM6 Power plugin to work for LLO, any new features needed?

Update the plugin that measured the energy in HAM6 to work for LLO. Merged in !142 (merged) and spoken about in Issue #223 (closed)

We could also think about if there is a useful parameter to save to the events file for easier future analysis if Keita plans to pull this data. E.g. https://ldas-jobs.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/~lockloss/events/1417/523650/previous_state

Could record: lockloss power monitor energy, power after fast shutter, Or similar.... e.g. For 1417523650 below that would be 17.1 5.8 Or maybe there's a threshold of high power after the fast shutter that might damage the PD that we should tag...?
