changed channel for eq analysis

Austin Jennings requested to merge austin.jennings/locklost:eq-test into master

the SEI team has requested we change the channel used for eq analysis to be peakmon instead of the blrms channel, as the channel is faster and more accurate for analyzing eq data. thresholds for this channel are the same as the original blrms channel.
