Draft: Quad Violin Check and PSL ISS AOM check

I made new plugins to monitor the violins and PSL ISS AOM. The violins are not set up to look at LHO violins because they seem to be a totally different magnitude to the LLO violins and will have to be made later. The PSL ISS AOM was a request of Adam and checks to make sure that it is above a certain threshold before the lockloss.
