Add/modify saturation plots

This merge request adds some changes to the saturation plot.

  • Add a zoomed-in version of saturations starting from 5 seconds from refined lock loss.
  • Add a vertical black dashed line where the lock loss is for clarity.
  • Change plot filename from 'suspensions' to 'saturations'
  • Fix a bug where plot wasn't centered to the refined gps time.
  • Add verbosity to x-axis label
  • Increase plot size to be able to see everything better.
