Webpage formatting

This merge requests adds individual plots from all the plugins into the individual lock loss html pages. It also adds in bootstrap-style templates.

One bonus is to allow offline-only runs by wrapping the online_search() function in a try/except loop so that it can still gobble up times analyzed in offline mode.

Closes #6 (closed).
