Adding titles, vertical lines, annotations to saturations plot, changing plot order and colorscheme

Added vertical line to show where the first saturation occurs. This line is annotated with the GPS time of first saturation. Additionally added a title to the plot and legend. The legend plotting order has also been switched so that the first saturation is plotted over the others. The colorscheme has been changed to a set of chosen colors (that might get tweaked later) since the program only plots the first 8 saturations regardless.
