Improve webpage

I made a few changes to the lpy and saturations plots so that they still look good when plotted side-by-side. Also changed the title of ADC saturations to ADC overflows, and removed the redundant plotting (ADC stuff was copied twice in index.cgi). Not sure why the ADC plots aren't being plotted, it works on my local index.cgi copy and it's in the one here.

Last thing is, if there's no saturations csv file, it'll speccify in the page that there are no saturations found rather than it being unclear if the plots aren't linked correctly.
