Fixes ETMX L3 increased counts (actually this time) in saturations, additionally improves the y-limit finder and decreases the window size/window expansion for events with saturations in the first 25 seconds of the window. Does not fix the overflow problem, lockloss analyses should still fail after this merge. Closes #52 (closed)
