Change web page output to denote failed, unnecessary, and in-progress plots

Creates different output messages for web plots in various states of completion (still being made, failed, or not being made because they are unnecessary). Also bypasses length-pitch-yaw plot if none of the suspensions saturate before refined lockloss time (this will reduce runtime but may come back to bite us if we can't claim confidence in our refine time).
