Glitch plots update

Patrick Godwin requested to merge patrick.godwin/locklost:gstlal_trigger_api_change into master

This merge request does a few things:

  1. Update the gstlal feature extraction schema that was changed upstream so that trigger ingestion would work again.
  2. Now that trigger production has been launched at both sites and has a predictable path, this points to those default paths with an option to override the default with an environment variable.
  3. Adds these plots into the web interface that is collapsed by default.
