Call plot style parameters from config function

Creates a function called set_rcparams in config that sets the tick mark, axis labels, legend, and title font sizes to the first argument value. Also sets chunksize for plots.

Additional changes have been made to the lpy and lsc_asc to allow for uniform font sizes between followups.
