Remove errors for unrefined lockloss times

Outputs warning log and runs lpy and saturations on unrefined lockloss times. Additionally, changes chunksize for lpy plots, changes lpy channels to ETMX instead of ITMX (at the suggestion of some commissioners), removes units from the sample rate value, and organizes a bit.
