updated some unit tests and fixed some bugs in the line aware statistic, and loading of data

updated some unit tests and fixed some bugs in the line aware statistic

  • generating sfts now loads in the ephemeris data correctly
  • other small bugs in load data fixed
  • line aware statistic now runs from the command line (docs still need updating)
  • unit tests for the line aware statistic and main soap added, also some for the load cw (more to come)
