Layout full pipe framework for Golum_pipe + added the changes in GOLUM

In principle, the golum_pipe version added here is able to analyze injections using usual golum, unlensed PE, symmetric golum, and joint PE. It is still missing the selection effects. However, those formally need to be added in GOLUM first. Some testing for real events and various features are still needed, but most of the pipeline is fine.
