ligo/lw/ligolw.py: adjust escape chars in doc

- this silences complaints during installs with recent versions of python about invalid escape sequences.  I don't know when the complaints first appeared, but this change probably breaks the code for previous versions of python.  what can I say, python's a mad house, a maaad house.
