WIP: Save BAYESTAR integrand at inclination quadrature points (but without adjustable min/max inclination).

Save the BAYESTAR posterior values at the inclination values that are used for quadrature over cos(i).
Each HEALPix pixel gets 40 extra columns: PROBDENSITY_i, DISTMU_i, DISTSIGMA_i, and DISTNORM_i, for i=0 to N-1.
This is based on !3, but removes the adjustable min/max inclination.
