Megasky dev

Fix megasky including modifying bayeswave_pipe and bayeswave_pipe_utils.py and readbwb. This will allow people to setup jobs with injections without worrying that megasky will crash. I've essentially copied what lalinference's run_sky_area does - fetch the sky location from the injection xml file.
