Updating support for fpeak calculation.

BayesWaveFpeak is a modified version of BayesWavePost which conditions the high frequency spectrum of a waveform reconstruction and locates the maximum. This commit updates the pipele This commit updates the pipeline to provide support using modern config files to that code.

This change should only affect users of BayesWaveFpeak
