Send BayesWave logs to their own log file

BayesWave and BayesWavePost user logs currently go to the same log file, rendering condor log-analyzer results meaningless.

This MR directs logs to their own file. This short-term fix requires a hack to override glue.pipeline's insistence on putting logs in the same place.
