bayeswave_pipe updates

Updates to bayeswave_pipe.

Main changes:

  • Automatically populate the BayesWavePost command line with --0noise, and --bayesLine or --fullOnly if those were used in BayesWave.
  • Update x509_manipulation to use igwn_auth_utils.
  • Can read in ``shifted" MDC trigger lists so you can inject MDC frames into any data GPS time.
