Fix low disk memory request

Tomasz Baka requested to merge tomasz.baka/bayeswave:fix_memory_limit into master

The default value of bayeswave_clean_frame-request-disk=4000KiB is too low. As a result, the condor job may be put on hold due to exceeding this limit. This fix changes it to match the disc request of other parts of the pipeline.
