Incremented cmdline parser to account for additional git version info

megaplot gets the bayeswave commandline info (for things like the IFOs used) by parsing the command line dumped into bayeswave.run. That commandline was originally printed to line 7 but now appears at line 8 with the introduction of additional version information from git.

It might be time to open some issues with megaplot...
