Condor for ultranest

- Also applies Black for future inclusion

Previously, the outdir and label where limited to 77 characters. This
bypasses the hard limit by creating a temporary symlink and then
transferring data to the target directory.

1) Introduce "nsamples" functionality
2) Improve the evidence estimates
3) Improve result caching and exit behaviour

1) Restrict the dynamic dynesty test to maxcalls of 100
2) Split the sampler_test out of the main tests and into a separate
node. This means the sampler_test doesn't contribute to the coverage

Introduces a sample_from_constrain_prior_array method to facilitate
drawn an ordered array of samples. Removes redudant code.

- Use CPNest ACT estimation
- Change scaling
- Add chains starting after accept > 0

- Ensures the periodic argument is passed through to the dynesty making
  the points wander outside the allowed range
- Fix tests

Reapplies the 10xndim default setting. Whilethe 30xndim is more robust,
since we wont use default settings to pass the PP test it is overly
burdensom of higher-mass runs to keep with this default.

Removes the live_plot kwarg which seems to be causing the C.I testing to
fail
