Add more __repr__ methods

• Add a repr for Interferometer
• Add a repr for Likelihood
• Add a repr for WaveformGenerator

This is a great idea. Can I suggest that similar to the prior, these contain (but may not necessarily be limited to) the command used to create them?

I agree in principle, we'll see how that shapes out in practice.
