add neutron star merger to examples

@francisco.hernandez and @boris.goncharov have already created this, and plots are being made for the paper. We simply need to tidy up one of these scripts and add it to the example directory.

On second thoughts, should we add a function to tupak/gw/source.py for lal_binary_neutron_star? This currently does not exist, but should be made available for users.
