Add Zeus sampler

There appears to be another MCMC implementation, which uses slice sampling, called Zeus. This is used in 3ML, part of which, like bilby, tries to provide a unified approach to accessing various samplers.

If I get the time I'll try implementating this in bilby (after I've got round to adding ultranest in #456 (closed)).
