Pipeline failures due to constant changes in lalsuite

The latest release of lalsuite changed the value of some constants to more recent values which is causing CI failures.

I suggest we update our values to match. This will create a small change in the masses we get, but it should be understandable and easily sub-percent so not relevant for anything except BNS.
