Documentation for prior constraints needs to be updated

The documentation for prior constraints currently says "Note: after doing this the prior probability will not be normalised." However, this normalization is now done (!704 (merged)).

I did not make a merge request with a suggested edit to the documentation since I thought that the Bilby developers might want to write this, but am happy to write something for this if people want.
