Marginalised likelihood not working properly

The marginalised likelihood requires the user to pass the priors dictionary/object to the Likelihood. If prior is None all marginalisation should be turned off (verbosely).

The current implementation will at best lead to meaningless samples being returned, at worst well cause bizarre, confusing things to happen.
