Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This MR removes a bunch of functions/methods that have been deprecated for a while.

This will introduce some breaking changes to the API and hdf5 files written with deepdish are no longer supported.
