Review gw injection examples
This MR touches up the gw injection (and supernova) examples.
The supernova source model also needed a fix.
They all now run on my local machine, admittedly some of them much slower than others.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 16 December 2025 starting at approximately 900 MST (1600 UTC).
