Review tutorials

This MR updated the tutorial notebooks and put in a fix to the docs to make them actually render online.

I removed the PTMCMC tutorial as that was pretty niche. I made the sampler comparison simpler though and added more widely used samplers.

It's worth keeping an eye on the run time for the docs job as there are now four notebooks run as part of that job.

Is there a particular motivation for removing verbose from dynesty and using print_progress instead? I'm slightly confused why we'd remove it whilst leaving it in dynamic dynesty and adding it to bilby_mcmc, emcee and ptemcee.
