fix returns documentation of chirp_mass_and_mass_ratio_to_total_mass()

This fixes the documentation of the chirp_mass_and_mass_ratio_to_total_mass() function which so far has been claiming to return [mass_1,mass_2]. (as reported by @angel.garron)
